Nelda Petschack - Principal Physiotherapist
Nelda is an APA titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Australasian accredited Lymphoedema practitioner. Nelda has over 30 years experience working in private practice in London and Sydney. Graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1988 from the University of Sydney, Nelda went on to further her study specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy completing a Masters in 2002. Nelda is an ALA accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner and the NSW representative for PINC & STEEL Australia. Nelda uses a combination of manual techniques, neuromuscular exercise and postural training.
Heather York - Associate Physiotherapist
Heather is a skilled physiotherapist, completing her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2014. She has a particular interest in caring for those who have experienced a breast cancer diagnosis and for those who have developed lymphoedema. To this end, she gained her Level 1 qualification as a specialised lymphoedema therapist in 2016 and has since worked primarily in this field. Heather is passionate about listening to the concerns of her clients and helping them to understand their condition better and achieve their individual goals.
Robyn Dearnley - Associate Physiotherapist
Robyn specialises in keeping seniors active and independent. She is a physiotherapist with over 30 years' experience in private practice, residential aged care and community services. Robyn has spent 7 years leading the Stepping On Falls Prevention Program for seniors on Sydney’s North Shore and now focuses on exercise classes and home visits to keep seniors moving well at home.
Ciara Longworth - Admin Assistant
Ciara is our wonderful admin assistant and a great asset to our team, Ciara has recently moved to Sydney and is currently splitting her time between jobs. She's hoping to attend uni and, as a keen athletics fan, is excited about the opportunity to throw herself into sport while she's here.
