Nelda Petschack - Principal Physiotherapist

Nelda is an APA titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Australasian accredited Lymphoedema practitioner. Nelda has over 30 years experience working in private practice in London and Sydney. Graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1988 from the University of Sydney, Nelda went on to further her study specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy completing a Masters in 2002. Nelda is an ALA accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner and the NSW representative for PINC & STEEL Australia. Nelda uses a combination of manual techniques, neuromuscular exercise and postural training.

Robyn Dearnley - Physiotherapist​

Robyn specialises in keeping seniors active and independent. She is a physiotherapist with over 30 years' experience in private practice, residential aged care and community services. Robyn has spent 7 years leading the Stepping On Falls Prevention Program for seniors on Sydney’s North Shore and now focuses on exercise classes and home visits to keep seniors moving well at home.

Theresa Gude - Physiotherapist

Theresa is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked in private practice for 30 years. She graduated in 1989 from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and has worked in England, Ireland but mostly Australia. In 2003 Theresa added Clinical Pilates to her repertoire to compliment her physiotherapy treatments and to teach small group classes. She has continued to update this training over the years and believes people of all ages and levels of fitness may benefit from Clinical Pilates.

Elizabeth Koruga - Physiotherapist

Elizabeth is an experienced physiotherapist working for 30 years in private practice, hospital and community settings. Since 2017, Elizabeth has focused on home visits to encourage seniors to maintain strength, optimise independence and move well at home. She also has a passion for education to ensure each individual has a clear understanding and knowledge of how to achieve their personal goals. Elizabeth also facilitates preparation for birth sessions in a hospital environment and exercise classes for post birth recovery.

Bethany Fratzia - Admin Assistant

Bethany is our wonderful admin assistant and a great asset to our team. Bethany is currently studying science at the University of Sydney and hoping to pursue an Allied Health career.
